Brandon Hicks Our Executive Chef

A veteran of Michelin-starred restaurants and a certified sommelier, Executive Chef Brandon Hicks’ passion for Mediterranean food shines in ZINO’s kitchen. Chef Hicks’ infatuation with Mediterranean cuisine began in New York City, when he worked as Terrance Brennan’s Chef de Partie at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Picholine. Influenced by Brennan’s French Riviera cooking style, he further honed his culinary approach as Chef de Cuisine at ilili and Brasserie 8 ½, before working as Executive Chef at restaurants in Boston and Portland.
